take a look at the sharp spikey burs at the top of the photo. left over from the casting mold part line. At least they could have run a grinder over that and smooth it out.

These are assembly feature codes and while I don't know the exact meaning of each one these probably are important as more variants of the CT are built.

This Cybertruck configuration sticker lists internal Tesla option codes, which are often used by service technicians or manufacturing teams. While not all are publicly documented, here’s a breakdown of what many of these codes likely mean based on known Tesla internal codes and logic:

⸻

Sticker Breakdown (Cybertruck - TRI MOTOR variant)

Field Code Likely Meaning
Towing TW01 Tow Package 1 – likely includes towing hardware, wiring, and possibly software.
Battery BT45 Battery Type 45 – likely the large capacity battery for the Cyberbeast.
Bed BD01 Bed Design 01 – standard powered tonneau bed configuration.
Off-Road OR00 No off-road package included.
RDU RD09 Rear Drive Unit 09 – configuration for tri-motor, performance rear motor.
Drive DV4W Dual/Quad (Tri-motor) All-Wheel Drive.
Interior IC03 Interior Code 03 – likely Premium Black + White (Tri-motor exclusive).
Seats SA01 Seat Arrangement 01 – probably standard 5-seat layout.
Wheels WH0B Wheel Code B – corresponds to one of the 20”/22” Cybertruck-specific wheels.
Variant TRI MOTOR Confirms this is the “Cyberbeast” (Tri-motor performance version).

⸻

Notes:
• Codes like BT45, RD09, and IC03 are specific to Tesla’s internal documentation and may evolve over time.
• This unit appears to be a Cyberbeast with full towing and the large tri-motor performance battery pack.
• The presence of OR00 means it does not have the optional Off-Road Package (e.g., skid plates, special suspension tuning).

Ouch! That’s like concertina wire.

Need to get to the bottom of this. Careful AP, remember you almost bleeding out after your first encounter with chips, sharp edges of you new truck.

nah, I never got cut on any of those sharp edges from before because I immediately recognized the potential to get cut. I was always careful, but what did cause me to almost bleed out was the service center's inability to address the problem or flat-out refusal to do anything about it.
