Signs of abnormal inner tire wear?

Was looking at some videos of the rear bumper/trailer hitch cover and noticed some signs of some abnormal inner tire wear.

This was from one of the RCs, right? I cannot imagine all the weird tire wear from doing strange tests... and maybe even dialing in the alignment settings for different tires, wheel, etc..
