If you’re on the fence like I am about which light bar to get at this point here is an option from rough country. That looks like a good one.

Total lumens is over 24,000 apparently which I don’t believe these numbers so I take 80% of them. Even at 80% it’s way brighter than the Tesla OEM light bar.

Also, the low profile construction of this one is very appealing and no drilling holes into the sheet metal like there’s required with the OEM bar.

Obviously, you lose control via the factory UI other than just the on-off features.

But for the price and the fact that it’s shipped and sold by Amazon and you can buy a three-year warranty for roughly $40 makes this pretty attractive option.

Yes, it looks a lot nicer than some of the other ones from the other Chinese manufacturers. Looks a lot slimmer and the light output if believable is the same or better.

The beauty is Amazon’s return policy.

Expecting 80% might be wishful thinking. But always good to have other options!

Don’t know. I’m waiting to see some other customer reviews before I pull the trigger.

Agreed! However lumens per dollar I don’t think it’ll be any worse than the OEM

This 💯. Hoping it’s same light output at the hannshow but with Amazon return policy and extended warranty.

Btw - how is the light output on your Hansshow light bar? do you remember to turn it off when you get out of the car? Or is somewhat of a PITA to do it every time? That’s the one advantage the OEM has that strikes me as a huge benefit.

I’m not a fan of those bulky brackets. How it is, I’d rather have the OEM myself. That one might be good for between the headlights.

I agree with what you said about the brackets. I’m planning on putting a Mars front roof rack and I’m going to see if the brackets they sell for their light bar will fit this.

Does the hannshow one have the two “ditch light spots” on the left and right corners with a flood light in the middle?
