First day order, 47k and change in the list. Finally got my FS config email a couple days ago. I’m not going to order it… I decided to get a boat instead, and in a year or so when my AWD chance come up I’ll see if I can swing it. Been a long 5 years, what’s one (or two) more??

congrats all those who get their trucks in the next couple months. Looking forward to seeing some pictures of them getting dirty.

Thanks man! I’m equally as stoked about it. If I can pull off the truck in the next couple years it will be the win win. I wasn’t ever giing to be the first one in my area to get the CT… so it’s all good.
Also I just accepted a job offer from Tesla so maybe that will help me keep a good place in line…?

Me, I'm odering the CT FS, and then buy a boat cruiser to be pulled by my Tesla.

I'll be selling my RV as I can use the cruiser for cooking, sleeping and bathing.

Maybe buy an island to moor my cruiser, lol, or a tiny mountain acreage to park my boat as my friend said, on-water mooring is more expensive than buying the bost.

Yeah, not sure why everyone is so hung up on the day pre-orders opened up as the day people started waiting. Some people have been waiting for much longer than this since it had been mentioned by Musk several times. Very much open to interpretation. I could day I've been waiting 10 years for mine.

I do have it in reverse… got a piece of land in Alaska after ordering the CT, ordered the boat two months before the CT config email came… ya just never know. Luckily I live close enough to the dock to not get too mad at having to tow the boat with my current truck…

I like the island idea, it’s just way out of my league!

Big same, around 45k in line and there's so many places I'd rather put that kind of money. I could pick up another rental property using the price difference between standard AWD and FS as a down payment.
