Sooo got the text message March 11th in the Tesla app that my offroad lightbar is ready for my VIN and each week since then when I schedule the service team says it’s not ready for my VIN and when I send them a screenshot of the message they have nothing to say. What do I do?

Same here. Right before my appointment they told me not ready for my vin. Said I’d get another message. We’ll see
