Another factor in the type of CT-in-the-snow postings that we see is the very nature of a positive versus a negative snow experience. It's very easy to film a (real or staged) knucklehead spinning his tires in a snowbank. Just walk over to the fixed target and film.
How do you film a (compelling) video of a CT handling snow like a champ? If you film a winter ride with your dashcam and say, "Wow, this works great!" it is challenging to prove how rough the conditions are. ("Sure, dude, you're probably in 3 inches of dry snow with chains on!") And it's probably a boring video! Unless you can film in Moab during a snowstorm, it's going to be tough to get compelling coverage of the CT acing the snow.
We can all post and say, "My truck is awesome in the snow." But that is not interesting to the masses and will never get the viral coverage of an influencer bro, who doesn't know snow or off-road gunning it in the wrong settings and saying "FAIL!"

Excellent point and the answer is with a drone. But I’m not a YouTuber and don’t wanna be. If I had some snow, I would’ve already done this and if I ever get any this season or I’m able to get to some - I will. I only post on Instagram and you can’t post video here very well, so it’ll be a challenge. But these Youtubers, if they wanted to, they could! I have several drones and another method would be with an Insta360 camera. You make a good point but I think there’s a lack of interest, moreso, than an ability to film and share it.

Yes, good point. Also, a lot of good points made here regarding content creators, knowing they’re not gonna get much if they post positive cybertruck video. That said a lot of posts are not content creators. An example could be a cyber truck with snow tires going up and icy driveway where another car is not able to. I see a lot of these videos not cyber truck related where someone’s Subaru outback is going through 2 feet of snow but it’s dry powder 10° outside and a Prius could probably plow through it since there’s no resistance.

Yeah, when it comes to content creators, most of them RENT CT/CBs and really do it just to say something bad about them (even before they get in one!).

There are a couple of guys out there that have 'misleading' titles... Ones that SOUND like they are going to be 'bad' reviews, but are in fact POSITIVE reviews...

THAT is what WE as actual OWNERS should be posting... Just use 'clickbait' titles instead... hehe...

Something like:
"Why Cybertruck's can't handle the snow" (but then the video shows they CAN and ALSO shows OTHER features that are really nice too!)

Or maybe "CTs are not designed for off roading and here's why" and then show how WELL they can off road but then say, 'But yes, a stock CT can't do all the things a Jeep that has had about $20,000 in UPGRADES, but a Jeep can't haul 8 bales of hay or 1000 lbs of gravel, can they?'

Hey, if they can make stuff up with their titles or 'comparisons' of a stock CT to some monster truck with 12" lift kit and tires that are 6 ft high, well, we can do it too and SHOULD.
