I received mine today without the bins and started a return and a support ticket immediately. Would love the storage but not 100% sold on the installed look compared to the open space, or the price. Without the smaller bins to divide it up and organize the space with options it’s a no go. My box was not taped either. It’s wild that they would ship these without them and then change the stock photo. They were there when I ordered.
