i placed an order (CT1097) 1 week and 3 days ago and i havent heard back about my order. I sent an email a couple days ago but havent received a response. I'm just trying to figure out where my order is. Any information would be great.

Tesla will contact you when they have an available VIN matched to your order. It's a little unpredictable how long that will take because we are dealing with the production and delivery of vehicles. The delivery is the real wildcard because Tesla uses third-party auto transport companies to get the desired product where it's going, and the cost-efficiency of that delivery is more important than exactly how many days it takes.

Chances are high you will get it before Christmas.
