You might contact Tesla support about it not showing in the app to see if they can force a sync somehow. The cybertruck should have shown up pretty quickly after the Dec delivery event. If you don’t see it, there might be some disconnect between the site and app.

I’m in wa, order on 2/7 and got my vin on 4-28. It’s radio silence between these phases. I did receive a text message any time there was something in the app they wanted me to do. So I would definitely have Tesla figure out why it’s not showing up for you.
