If the cops don't do anything about it, the DA can't drop the charges because no charges would be brought!Sentry mode is nothing but a deterrent. If you have someone on video vandalizing your vehicle the cops literally don't care about it unless you have something like a license plate number to give them.
Even if someone was arrested for the property damage the Denver county DA would have them out immediately and likely drop the charges.
Also, again, you're getting into politics and spreading malicious and frankly, untrue memes.
