Premium Connectivity Stop Working.

I have the CT FS. The last 2 days my connectivity have not been working. I tried resetting the screen and turning off and on the power. Still not working. Any suggestions before I take it into service???

I have a service appointment in August for something else. I’ll probably add it to the ticket if it’s not resolved by then

I had same issue I did a reset holding the brake and both scroll wheels then I opened the function page started at the top and opened each menu all the way to the bottom and then opened the WiFi tab and all was well …………don’t understand why it work but I had tried every other thing with no luck.

My condolences my friend, I hear that’s supposed to be free for life.

My area is getting tower upgrades and LTE is spotty at best; perhaps move a few 5 miles away and try it there, could be tower carrier issues.

Are you still having issues ? Tesla service told me to connect to WiFi so they can push out a reset command. I was able to establish connection on my way home from work today.

I took it in to service today. Hopefully I’ll get some more info on it tomorrow.
