Promised rooftop light

I was promised rooftop light at the time of purchase, I have not received it. When I called them, after long hold, I was told that was not offered.

what should I do? Any idea?

As far as I know, AWD does not get them but All the beasts are getting the light bar, I got my email but service delayed for the glue is back ordered and when they get the glue they want to schedule a bunch of installs so the bulk glue doesn’t go bad sitting on the shelf.

If you have a Foundation Series Beast (that’s the tri motor one), you’ll get one when available. If you have anything else, you’re misinformed and don’t get one.

I got mine a while ago, and if you have the Beast Foundation series, you submit a service ticket in the app, and if they can order one, they will keep your appointment. It is a full day appointment.

When you do say “promised” what do you mean? What trim CT did you buy?

if you have a 2024 Foundation Series Cyberbeast you will get a Off Road Roof light, just make an appointment in your service app. the factory installed option is only limited to the 2024 FS Cyberbeast. just have to ask for it!

I got my FS CB in May. I have inquired about the lightbar a few times with no real answers; however they emailed me Friday that my light bar was in and ready for me to schedule installation. It's gonna be 45 days before there was an appointment that aligned my schedule with theirs; but it is scheduled and they also automatically added a front camera cleaning to the ticket.

Look in your Sales Agreement. Make sure it is listed there. Is it there, or not?
