Reservation in app

I am not currently a Tesla owner. I did download the app and created an account using the same email that I did on Tesla's website.

On the website, I can see my Cybertruck order but on the app I don't. I am a November 2019 reservation holder, so I am not expecting it soon, but I do see people on here saying they are getting all this information though the app. Is it because i am not a Tesla owner yet?

You will only see something in the app once you have placed your order (not a reservation that happened in 2019)

Yeah like what @tym_dev said. I have two reservations, one from 2019 and one from 2023. I've configured the 2019 reservation and that's the only one that shows on the app. I've never own a Tesla as well.
