Right Front Turn Signal Malfunction Alert

Today I got my truck and have an active alert for a right front turn signal malfunction. With the turn signal activated, looking from the back, it functions but flashes rapidly. On the front, it is not working at all. It’s only the right turn signal. Has anyone else heard of this or experienced this issue? Speaking to Tesla, they told me it is a known issue that will be fixed with a software update. I found it odd as it is a safety issue.
