Yes, this is the first generation and I installed the swivel mount above the dash mounts instead of below them. This raised the screen to about 1/2 inch lower than original. Perfect height for me at 5’6.

The plastic cover for rear of screen won’t work, but not noticeable unless you tilt as far as possible and look behind the screen from the side. You could paint the mount flat black if it bothered you.
