How / who did you text I can’t ever reach anyone at Tesla

I text the same number that originally notified me of my VIN, and delivery location/date.

That is correct, the VIN number and pick-up texts responded and I was told that it was the SC that was texting, in fact, I met the "texter" on delivery day.

If you Google for your nearest SC then call that number, at least in Texas, it routes you to Austin and when you work your way through the menu and end up giving your Zip Code the auto operator will route your call back to your nearest SC...

Of course the Service Center is going to install the light bar. When it initially appeared as an orderable item, it was listed that way.
It will probably require some software setting changes so that it appears as a light instead of a 48V port.
