Picked up my Beast yesterday in Houston. Noticed that about 10 inches of the wiper blade is mangled. The first service appoint is in August. Over 8 weeks out.

What lead times have you experienced?

I would bring it right back to Cypress and insist on a new blade. This is a safety-of-life issue.

And while you are there, tell them to give them MY CT.. lol

What he said. In Plano it was 30 days 2 months ago for a 5 minute no-parts fix.

Reply and ask if there are any options because you can't drive in rain.
You may ask if you can drop by without an appointment. You may have an extended wait, but it may get fixed.
Service Reps are people, give them a chance to be nice to you.

I messaged to see if they have the part and if I can just get the blade. Not hard to install but how can you expect people to wait that long for a service appointment? It is not my only car but that is not the case for most people.

I can usually schedule within a week or two at my local Service Centers (I have three that are all within about 20 miles of each other).

That said, in over 6 years of having multiple Tesla, making service appointments is quite rare. My Cybertruck still hasn't had one (although at some point I will make one for the recalls before the year is out).
