I asked this very question to a jeep owner I seen filling up with weird petrol (eww) stuff.

Hey yo, what’s with the ducks? She told me, other jeep owners will place a duck somewhere on a jeep that is temporary abandoned example while paying for gas or shopping etc. it says to, undocked you, you didn’t see me but I seen you. You have been ducked.
