Speaker crackling on driver’s side pillar

I have a service appt. For my 24’ CT in Springfield,MA concerning one of my speakers. I notice a high pitch crackling/hissing especially when there is spoken dialogue playing through the sound system. I do not blare my system to high volumes of listening, so I’m wondering if anyone else has had speaker issues. Aside from this recent problem, the sound system has been fantastic.

I’m assuming you have already done this but if you haven’t…hold down both scroll wheels until the screen goes dark (soft reset). If that doesn’t work, do a power cycle (https://service.tesla.com/docs/Publ...UID-76C3CAB5-8F3F-4F0A-93F4-966DB3E67FEA.html). If that doesn’t work, schedule a service appointment in the app.

I have the same issue took mine to the SC in south shore, MA with no luck they said they can’t replicate it. Look forward to hearing an update from you. There appears to be a new diagnostic tool for the speakers in service mode. Good luck.
