Strange whirring noise during charging near charging port...

This has only happed one time while charging at home on 240V. I unplugged the charge cable and the sound stopped. I plugged it back in and it started up again. It hasn't happened again in the past 17 days, or at all in the previous 11,000 miles of driving and home charging.

Has anyone else come across this noise? Tesla Service says no codes were thrown and to simply monitor it.
