OK, I bought the Cybergearco running boards and installed them a few days ago.
They look sharp and were easy to bolt to the truck. I may go back and locktite the bolts with Blue.
I'm 6'4" and having a bit of trouble getting into or out of the truck now. At first, I realized leaning forward made things tough because of how the window frame slopes down at a pretty sharp angle and I had to really scrunch my neck slide my head through the door frame.
A little thinking and discipline to lean back in the process to use the higher part of the door opening made things a bit for dignified.
I'm still have the problem of trying to stand on the running board and scrunch down to get into the truck. It might be my completely wrecked back from active duty days in the Corps that makes it hard to fold over easily. Fused vertebra, stenosis, Arthritis, herniated discs to name a few of the inconveniences.

That’s where a grab handle near the A pillar would be worth installing. Don’t Know why nobody has come up with this possible enhancement.

Raising your truck to "Extract" to get in so running board not needed?

Why would you bother with a running board in the first place?

I'm also 6'4 and I can't imagine a possible need for this kind of product for this truck (and I've said as much each time a vendor promotes one).

I promise I'm not trying to be mean here, but since you've admitted to having mobility problems, please consider changing the way you get into and out of the truck:

Running boards became a popular truck accessory to treat the symptom of "I lifted my truck for clearance and looks but now I can't get into it (or now my wife can't get into it)". This truck solved the clearance problem AND the entry height problem natively, so its silly to bolt these things on.

Since this issue is important enough to you to make a post about it, without addressing whether you already tried and failed to make the entry height settings workable with the PT approved method of entry and exit from a vehicle, I strongly suggest you unbolt these running boards and experiment with that a bit (and get your money back).

Key takeaway from that was the car cane.
