Stuck at 2024.20.9?

I was regularly getting updates 2 to 3 days after each release.

However, after 20.9 updates to my truck have come to a halt. Anyone else experiencing this?

I’ve just learned that Tesla creates software “branches” and that our branch is ”stuck” because we may be getting FSD on first rollout. Who knows but does sound plausible.

Well, I’m on 2024.20.100 which is the version my Cyberbeast came with (I took delivery on 7/29/24). Not a Tesla app says that this is on .3% of the fleet and Stats, which I use, doesn’t even recognize this version as existing (and that’s unprecedented).

No FSD for CT yet, but all v12.5 is moving to 2024.26.X.

Let's see, my Cybertruck is at 2024.20.9, as your is.
My Model 3 is at 2024.20.9.
My Model Y is at 2024.20.9.

There's a number of sites that keep track of versions releases and have estimations of what versions the fleet has.

Don't expect updates every 2-3 day, don't even expect them every 2-3 weeks, they have, at times, taken over 3 months.

It depends on lots of things, often, around any major release, there's a flurry of smaller updates, which is what has happened lately. I'm pretty sure that the latest updates have pushed FSD to the trucks in shadow mode.

To a great deal, the longer the wait, the bigger the payoff.

If you have been offered a new update, the version and release notes for that update should be available on the phone or on the software page in the vehicle.
