So whenever you get the burning beam of sun through that gap, does anyone just do this? .Sorry for the blurry pics, phone just came out of my one year old’s mouth. It’s artfully passed through a drool filter

Yes I did that before. The problem is when you put the visor down, you now open the gap again. This happens when your truck changes pitch, like when driving up or down a hill, or turning. The sun will now be above the visor so you need to flip it up to block the sun. Then you change pitch again, and the sun is now below the visor.

Products like the one shown in OP, fix this issue. For me, the OEM visor is inadequate, and unlike any other visor from other manufactures for a reason, its a flawed design. Its form over function. People have been complaining about Tesla visors since they first did this in the Model X I believe.

I have the ones from Cybertruckco and like them in sunny South Florida. They are easy to remove for cleaning.

Ok… Your planet has two suns and your visor is not easily adjustable… understood ?

How easy are they to pop in and out and keep under a seat or something?
Not a big deal to pop out and they come with a storage bag. So far I have them as a permanent thing.

I installed the Tseller sun visors about 2 months ago. No need to look for that little flap while driving & passengers appreciate it without even noticing it's a mod! I thought about installing tint, these were much easier, faster and more practical.

I don’t think these will work for what you want - these are more the permanent type as they are secured with tape.

Not really,I did not use the two sided tape; fitted each edge between the rear view mirror fixture and A pillar edge. Hard to see because I am in the garage but the pic gives you an idea of how it fits.

I official switched to the sun shades OP mentioned. They are excellent. Very good fitment and they include clips to hold them in place, but they are barely needed. I used a sharpie to black out the logo and cut off what I could, but that isn't required. I especially like how the sun side is reflective, to reject more energy out of the cabin.

I also switched and did not need the clips. They also cover more area than the previous one I had.

It's been a month with these in and they're FANTASTIC. For $33 or so, def worth the cash. I think I paid $28 with a coupon they had at the time, so not much of a difference in price.

Just order them.
I'm 6'5" and they don't bother me one bit.
