I just had mine serviced for the tailgate replacement as well and upon performing the service, the service center cracked my taillight bar across its length and broke the tailgate top cover clips as well.

Mine was delaminating and it started covering my backup camera to the point I could no longer see my bumper.

Mine was for an asinine reason, the cyrabus logo on my tailgate of the Cyberbeast FS was so light that it took great effort to even spot the logo a certain angles.
I already knew the laser etched logo was supposed to be much darker than that based from Joe Tegmeier’s (sp) videos on YouTube.
When he did drone shots over the Cybertruck outbound lots in Austin Giga factory, you could clearly see from high in the air which were Cyberbeast, just based on the drone video alone.

I had the truck in for other service reasons and they opted to swap the tailgate to get a better logo (I figured I paid an extra $20k to have that logo appear as intended).
See attached reference photos of what it should really look like… as well what mine looks like, even now after all of the fiasco having the gate swapped.
