Or, Tesla could just buy a big Ferry, that can hold 500+ Vehicles, and covert part of it to a Shop, part to a Restaurant, part to a Motel/Cruise Ship, and offer "Cruises" while your car is Serviced! ????

Even have a "Casino " Onboard, with "Jackpots " of things like a Free Powerwall, a Free 10 kW Solar Array, a Plaid Model S or X, a Free 4 Stall. Supercharger set!

Smaller prizes of "Free Rim Upgrades", or other easy swaps, while you are on the "Cruise!"

Could such a "Ferry/Cruise Ship" be powered by a handful of "Megapacks? Most large ship Propulsion units these days are Electric, anyway!

Offer a "Clean, Green, Cruise" and invite people to bring their Tesla's! Dock in New Orleans, but "Visit other Ports of Call" that people might want to visit! Turn the "Service Center" into an "Adventure Cruise!"

Nope i wouldn't appeal or try to get around it.. well ok maybe on a reservation .. bottom line the people that lose here are residents of the state.. they are now, because of their legislatures stubbornness, unable to get service on their cars in their state.. I would email all owners and reservation holders of the state with the update and let them fix their probelm via the election process.
