Tesla Rear Bumper Protectors short review

Just received the Tesla rear bumper protectors.
I don’t have a review actually because I opened them up and they look terrible and not like the picture at all. Instead of black they look like faded gray rubber.
I just put them back in the box.
Anyone have any experience with other manufacturers?

Well, we have our XPEL Armor range, but yes, the OEM version is pretty bad. I think they've improved it (slightly) since I installed, but a junk product from an OEM, nothing like the renders on the website.

I have an inexpensive set on my 24CT. They do the trick and have been on for over a year, with no issues.
They’ll probably last another 2 years of normal wear and tear before I’ll switch them out mostly for aesthetic reasons.

The will turn black after a few days and cleanings. I have the on my truck for almost a year. Look perfect. This is the piece on top of the tailgate anyhow it looks
