Nah these are, to put it mildly, junk. They're super faded. (Jimbo Ringo looks like he might have gotten an earlier set that is different and better)
With the current ones, right out of the box they're folded up to tightly they have wear marks that look like you trashed them.
They also just feel cheap. And you get the impression any movement on them will create scuffs like that which will only get worse and worse.
Mine also have an odd diamond pattern in them. Caused by... sun? heat? I'm in Vegas and it's a COOL 90 degrees lately.
I'm talking with their support. I'd hold off until they change manufacturers or materials. Their current ones are just bad. Like getting something hand made on Etsy for $9 type of bad.

I had the same reaction when I rolled it out and placed it over the bumper to see how it would fit. The color was gray, which I didn't. I felt like the protection is going to look uglier than the scratches.
I do think you can improve it with some black coating like D3 renew protect black.
Plus, why would i step up on the bumper? Wouldn't I instead let the tail gate down and step up on that?
