TESLA Shopping Website ... impossible to make purchase

I along with all of this forum have this 2500 voucher, and there is no fking way to use it. Most of the things are out of stock and whenever I get notification that item is in stock ... the website is damn slow ... You keep getting weird types of errors

Either your cart disappears mysteriously or you see Tesla logo spinning

Anyone has idea how to crack this 2500 voucher and buy some useful accessories ?

Agreed. I've never seen a worse run website. Anything worth buying is never in stock. I've been waiting months to make certain purchases but by the time I hear they are in stock they are already sold out. I can't imagine how much money is being lost. Whoever runs the website should be fired.

My cart has items but shows cart is empty, when I try to redo my cart it says already in the cart and cart says cart is empty … haha … ghost cart .. I guess I am black listed or something

Tesla needs to allow us customers to buy stuff that isn't even in stock. It should just give a warning item not in stock estimated ship date will be August 1st or whatever and we can choose to proceed.

I hate having to wait for a brief moment until something is in stock to hope I order in time before it sells out again. It's a terrible lottery-like system. I have had my truck for 3 months now and someone who is just getting their truck can beat me to the punch and get something I have been trying for months on. If Tesla had just allowed me to order months ago I would have X items by now. Very frustrating.
