Tesla Website Support Question

Hi All,
How do you email/call Tesla Support?

I'm helping a buddy go through a site for new vehicle and there are options missing.
I've always used my app, but I don't know how to email support for general questions. Basically, how do customers reach out to support?

I guess he could call too, but I don't know who he would call for site questions (for options) and not seeing a number listed either. I wasn't aware you can't email or chat on their website, never tried before to be honest.

Good luck. I've never been able to get through. If you email it'll say they will touch base in 7 business days. Tesla doesn't do marketing or customer service like a traditional vehicle company.

Pick a category, Submit.
Do you need more more help, Yes.

Usually takes about 2 days for a response, but I've got a response every time and I've opened 4-5 requests in the past month. No instant gratification, but seems much less frustrating than trying to call.
