people think Tesla is a luxury brand, until they buy one.
I don't see how service and delivery get better as Tesla sells more and more vehicles.
Never pay early for a Tesla, and never show up early for a delivery appt. Especially when your local delivery center is 2 hours away and in an old tin contractors garage with no waiting room.

To reach service with no problem just call your local tesla center, press 1, Then press 1 again, say service, press 5.

I've only followed Tesla for 15 years and spent hours everyday on TMC. So, naturally I'm very ignorant about Tesla.
Spending years and hours on something doesn't make someone an SME. Your comment is a perfect example of that!

Wow! Not like that in Reno. They give you a time and you immediately start the process. Took 15 minutes on my X. Rep I had always dealt with had paperwork all ready. I signed and gave him check. Then he sat in my new X with me and showed me all the features and how to change settings. That took 30 minutes. The X is complicated.

They prefer you use the app; but, here in Reno, you can just walk in the SC and make an appointment. I just tell them my problem and, so far, they have told me how to fix it myself. All my problems, so far, have been because the manual is not the clearest publication. Mine has several errors. for instance, the key fob section actually talks about the 3 & Y key fob, not the X fob.
