UP reduced the price on these to just shy of $500 — they are SOLID steel and they allow mounting of the UP side sail Molle panels.

If you are buying the Molle panels: here’s a chance to save a few hundred bucks.

I modified my UP side sail Molle panels to work with my Urander rack, so I have no use for the crossbars.

Probably not a shipping item as it would be expected to be quite cost as they are heavy duty steel. If shipped buyer pays shipping.
