AFTER THAT INCIDENT OCCURRED, I DID PUT THE CYBERTRUCK INTO SELF DRIVING AND IT WORKED FINE ! BUT I FEEL THAT AT THAT MOMENT THE TRUCK WOULD NOT LET ME DO ANYTHING BUT STOP AND SHUT DOWN FOR APPROXIMATELY 2 MINUTES AND THEN IT WAS FINE?

I WENT INTO SERVICE MODE, WHAT DOES THAT DO? NOTHING HAPPENED?
Service Mode doesn't do anything without being directed to do so. Did you NOT look at the vehicle log section and take a screen shot if there are any errors? If you were unable to manually drive at all during the incident, there almost has to be some sort of log trail on what was going on with the truck. Open a support ticket with the mobile app and have Tesla service review the logs if you aren't interested. You want some explanation of the event, then go to the source of the hardware/software and let them tell you what they saw. Tell them in the ticket exactly what you experienced...
