I saw many inventory Cybertrucks in Upland Service Center had many CTs with similar marking around late November 2024, including mines. I didn't notice it until later in the days. Did anyone else experience a similar situation? Do you just schedule a service appointment to have them taken care of it? I tried to make calls to the SC to talk to a representative. It's extremely difficult using the automated phone menu system. You'll never get to speak to a service advisor. Maybe it's just me not getting used to their customer service. I just scheduled an appointment with the SC. So far, the estimate shows free of charge replacement of the wiper assembly. But, they never respond to my service message inquiry. I will need to see when I bring it in for them to take a look for rectification.
