(Upland, CA) Marking on Delivered Cybertruck's Windshield Wiper Housing

I saw many inventory Cybertrucks in Upland Service Center had many CTs with similar marking around late November 2024, including mines. I didn't notice it until later in the days. Did anyone else experience a similar situation? Do you just schedule a service appointment to have them taken care of it? I tried to make calls to the SC to talk to a representative. It's extremely difficult using the automated phone menu system. You'll never get to speak to a service advisor. Maybe it's just me not getting used to their customer service. I just scheduled an appointment with the SC. So far, the estimate shows free of charge replacement of the wiper assembly. But, they never respond to my service message inquiry. I will need to see when I bring it in for them to take a look for rectification.

this marking was present on all trucks in the lot. I think its a qc mark, likely will wipe off with some solvent.

Yeah, mine is Vin 2545 and had same mark. Just wiped it off on my own, took 10 seconds

Thanks to the community, especial thanks to @JCERRN. I was able to use a sponge and soap water to wipe it off. It saves me a trip to the SC. Tesla's service appointment via the application is a joke. They never respond to my inquiry about the mark. It's almost impossible to get a hold. I guess when it compares to other car dealership, like Longo Lexus, Tesla really needs to do a lot better on customer service. Why cannot the Service Center wipe up the QC chalk mark before they deliver it to the customer?

On the other hand, I got my truck wrapped in colored PPF and ceramic coated by @T Sportline. Their workmanship is definitely up to the standard. They did great work. However, they did not rectify that for me as well.

First time owner here; learning these experiences from the community as I go. Thank you!

You requested service for a chalk line? Your SC is gonna know you on a first name basis within your first year, aren’t they?
