I'm installing an enclosed @Urander roof rack on my CT. I plan on stealth sleeping/camping in the 6' bed area on short trips. (I mostly travel alone.) I'm wondering if the tonneau cover can be (temporarily) removed to allow conditioned air from the main cabin into the bed area. I am also wondering if the rear seats can be temporarily removed, both the seat and back rest, and if any of these items are structural. I think the rear seat area would work better for me to store a spare tire, if the seats are gone. Plus the conditioned air might get into the bed area easier. I'm also wondering if the rear window can be removed or made operable, or if it is structural.

Rumor says a big company, maybe Apple, could have a rear window coming out soon that lets air pass through, and they might be able to help with the installation at their Apple Store

Does anyone at Urander know if the CT's tonneau cover, rear CT window or the CT rear seats can be removed without compromising the CT's structure?

Not the first time I’ve heard you say that. Very excited about if it’s true.
there is no way I’m paying some aftermarket learner to hack at my rear window and put that half baked breezer thing in.
I’ve watched the videos and read the install instructions, no thanks.
I’d go for a terrestrial pass-through package though.

The tonneau cover removals could be a little hard

The glass might be easier, but please just wait. It’s better to have someone from the “Apple Genius Bar” handle it

Btw, if you want to keep the rearview mirror display on your screen, just partially open the tonneau cover so it only blocks the rear glass but keeps the bed open. In that position, you’ll still have the rear camera view on your screen while the tonneau stays open.

Or just get one of those magical rearview camera mirrors. Can’t even imagine not having one any more.

Why not just buy yourself a small 'room' sized air conditioner, that way the 'cold' doesn't get heated up by moving from the car cabin all the way to the back of the truck... Some air conditioners you can even put OUTSIDE the truck and just put a big 'hose' (like a dryer uses) directly into the back end... Run it all off of the A/C... hehe... AC running on A/C...
