Can you say what exactly the containment hold is [...] Is there a link [..] to check for this and other delivery stopping issues?
I appreciate you thinking of us, and congrats on your VIN :) , but such a link obviously does not exist, as it would broadcast production challenges that are not, frankly, any of the public's business.

Yes, they are double checking the torque on the door checks to verify proper specs. Nothing invasive, just triple checking!

We have quite a couple in the queue to have that done as well, let me see if I can get more info for you, but no promises!
Checking in with our service department, there is actually another hold for the roof glass. According to the info I was given, it's to verify a proper seal and we are waiting on a part which happens to arrive today. That being said, once the checks are performed and everything is up to standards we will get you in as soon as the truck is ready. I appreciate your patience, we just want to deliver a fantastic product and sometimes that means double and triple checking possible concerns. Thanks!

They called me when I was on my way, issue with the tonneau catching. They gave me the option to reschedule or take delivery tonight and I decided to take delivery and work with service later. Here at Glendale now.

Just wanted to update this thread to say that I picked up my cybertruck on 3/22 (could have been 3/20 if not for containment issues). Loving every minute of being in it! Already planning a 1000 mile trip from AZ to TX to watch the solar eclipse and another trip from AZ to UT for site seeing and off roading!

Also, a buddy of mine here in Mesa, AZ reserved his same day as me and then ordered on 12/22. His VIN was assigned 4/23 and is picking up 4/29.

So he is picking up today? From Mesa as well or?
