Waiting on Trade In

I completed my trade in and received an offer which I accepted but 30 days lapsed due to the process taking a while. Ok, I redid the trade and now it’s been almost a week and still no offer. My original offer was completed over night. The folks at Tesla through the app and via text, no response. But I did receive a text to finish my tasks, there’s nothing left to complete except the trade in.

Any tips or tricks to have someone review to move the process along?

I'm waiting on my as well but it's only been 4 days. I'm eager to see the offer but also don't want it until they know they can deliver my CT within 30 days. I don't want an offer if it's likely to expire.
