Wheel and titre protection problem

I have a brand new Cybertruck and I received an email from Tesla prompting me to sign up for wheel and tire protection. I also received a message in the Tesla app with a link to sign up. When I click the link nothing happens. I called customer care and they said call the service center, I called the service center and they said call customer care. Does any one have any idea on how to accomplish this?
