I am!Wait... You are suggesting the Chikn box as the measure instead of the inner edible part? Seems to totally change the meaning of the chicken measure. And I've seen those same containers being used at Safeway for meatloaf which would be a COMPLETELY different measurement.
We all know that chickens vary greatly in size. You got your little 4 pound Leghorn and your big ol' 10 pound Jersey Giant. Heck, if you used Jersey Giant chickens to measure the frunk and I used Leghorns we might disagree by a half a hen house. Plus, they're both hard to handle, unlike that Chikn box.
At the same time the Chikn box is closely related to the average size chicken, see? Costco can't fit your great big chickens in that box, and they know their customer's won't buy any little bitty roast chickens. That box is about the size of your typical chicken and Costco won't make them bigger and can't make them smaller.
No, we need a standard and I stand by Costco's roast chicken box. They're "chicken" size, obviously. And they're all the same, as far as I can tell. Consistency is hallmark of a small mind and what size mind does a chicken have? Yep, small...
It all fits together, just like chickens in a frunk!
On the other hand.... Meatloaves....
