I hope there is are some 12volt blank fuse holders we can get power from to add our own gadgets???
If not, there will be a box that takes a single 48V open fuse and gives you one or more 12V wire connectors. And I’ll bet the market will jump on the CT and offer almost everything in 48V. Imagine how much stronger the winch could be, or the massive subwoofers, or whatever when they aren’t constrained by the limited amperage available on a 12V system.

At 0:36 in the video Larry mentions they use their existing cameras and screen, no mention of compute though so unclear on that front.
Looking at the information available from Oracle, it appears that they would normally include tablet hardware (screen and computer) as part of their services.

If the CT public safety vehicle doesn't include an added tablet/computer Oracle's software will probably execute on the CT's computer.

I think it would be possible but unlikely that Oracle would use Tesla's screen (display/keyboard functions) and provide a separate computer without its own display/user interface. We might never know, unless some insider tells us.

"It's my favorite car; It's Elon Musk's favorite car. It's incredible. I know too much about it. Some of it is still to be disclosed."

At Cloud World conference in Las Vegas today, Oracle’s presentation showed an Oracle-powered police unit Cybertruck

I thought about other "accessories" that a Cyber Police Vehicle would have and came up with this short list of items no one but a law enforcement office would demand on their CT.
  • Rear windows that won't roll down
  • Deleted carpets
  • Deleted rear door releases
  • If there happed to be a mid gate, that would be deleted, too
  • A perp-proof screen between the front and rear seat
  • Bodily fluid-proof rear seat with modified seat back to allow hands cuffed behind the back
  • Long gun rack in front compartment (well, that one might be popular here in the western reaches of Greater Appalachia)

On the other hand, maybe they will be built to special "cop" specifications, as explained by Elwood Blues (with some adjustments by me): "It's got cop motors,... it's got cop tires, cop suspensions, cop shocks. It's a model made (without) catalytic converters and (it don't need) gas."

Tesla Cybertruck 🚨 Oracle Cybertruck Police Car Revealed by CEO Larry Ellison (Preview of Accessories?) -- Video Added Screenshot 2023-09-24 212758

What are the chances cybertruck has programable light bars at the bottom of the doors like this for consumer trucks.

Consumer Uses:
  • Puddle light
  • Lighting up the area of a campsite or changing a tire
  • Turn signals
  • Side hazard lights
  • When door is open, it lights up so cars coming towards you from the rear can see the door open (along with the upper door trim ambient lighting)
  • Pulsing to the music of your nighttime tailgate or car meet
  • Awesome lightshow
Law Enforcement
  • Oracle software to use red and blue lights patterns

Tesla Standard Cruiser
  1. Trust Tesla OS. You can default child locks for windows and doors through the software. We will have to see how hard the windows are.
  2. Tesla mobile service uses clear rear seat barriers in their model s & x for service vehicles. Sounds like they are already testing this idea out.
  3. The center armrest swap, high wear front seats, rear seat divider and washable interior floor can come in with the battery from the bottom. Maybe a 60/40 split for K9 on one side
  4. Turn signals, lower door lights, interior ambient lighting, vault lighting, tail light and front lighbar are all programable with RBG. (Consumer toybox "Knight Rider - Kit Light")
  5. Siren/PA System: Could use boombox if they are sized up.
  6. VHF/UHF Antenna
  7. Bull Bar
  8. Starlink antenna built into roof panel
    1. all FSD cameras can be pulled up by other police vehicles and dispatch.
    2. body cam wireless transmits to vehicle then to dispatch for near realtime FPV. Detainee ask for a supervisor, the officers body cam can video conference immediately.
  9. Modular door pockets: Ammo safe, backup gun safe, narcan pack
  10. Use two CyberCruisers to communicate for traffic flow using exterior ambient lighting. Example. 2 lane road with 1 lane closed due to power line work. Place one cruiser at each side of the traffic control area and use green & red exterior programmable lighting (need something else for the color blind...)
Options
  1. Armored windshield
  2. Thicker stainless doors for higher ballistics protection
    1. Foot shield drop from door pocket
  3. Armored Windows
  4. Programable tailgate sign (for messages and traffic control)
  5. K9 Compartment w/self opening door
  6. Frunk hood swap for deployable gas and percussion canister cannon. Riot control as police has bioweapon defense mode on.
  7. Rear seat camera, microphone and display for teleconference to lawyers, judges, translators.
  8. Replace side mirrors with interior displays. Use mirror mounts for accessories
    1. Spot Light
    2. Laser/Radar gun
    3. FLIR PTZ camera
  9. Surveillance drone
  10. Officer Optimus (unarmed edition)
    1. Observation, Citation, and Law Guidance
    2. First Responder for risky situations.
    3. Good deed (ex. tire change)
    4. Gathering/recording evidence at a crime
    5. Meter Maid
Oracle Software (Potential)
  • Police database and regular cop/fleet things
  • Use the cabin mic to dictate violations and ticketing information to be printed in the vehicle
  • Exterior cameras to gather information, prioritize and communicate.
    • EnforceAI: Uses artificial intelligence and advanced algorithms to identify and prioritize general violations based on their severity. EnforceAI can help law enforcement officers improve efficiency and effectiveness by providing real-time alerts and recommendations for enforcement actions.
    • PlateWatch: Uses the vehicle's 360 cameras to scan license plates and identify vehicles with outstanding warrants, unpaid tickets or parking meters. PlateWatch can help officers quickly identify and track down offenders, improving overall public safety and law enforcement efforts.
    • Pursuit Mode: This mode could be used to help officers in high-speed chases by optimizing the vehicle's speed and handling for pursuit situations, as well as coordinating with other nearby patrol vehicles for better pursuit coordination.
    • Threat Assessment Mode: This mode could use the vehicle's sensors to analyze potential threats and hazards in the surrounding area, such as the presence of approaching person, firearms or explosives, and alert officers to take appropriate action.
    • Crowd Control Mode: This mode could help officers manage large crowds or public gatherings by providing real-time information on crowd movements and behavior, as well as using the vehicle's loudspeaker system to issue crowd control orders.
    • Emergency Response Mode: This mode could automatically alert nearby emergency services and provide real-time updates on the location and severity of an incident, such as a vehicle crash or fire, allowing for faster and more efficient emergency response.
    • Surveillance Mode: This mode could activate the Cybertruck's cameras and sensors to provide real-time surveillance footage of a particular area or individual, allowing for more targeted surveillance efforts.

Good work!

That list could sharply reduce the length of future brain-storming meetings held at Tesla as well as all the companies that supply equipment for police cars.

Can you even imagine the number of doughnuts you could put in the CT dash? I'm just talking about a single level, I can't even fathom stacking them!
