Haven't seen anyone else mention, but the Cybertruck Basecamp Tent sides look to "stick" to the side of the CT. I doubt its with velcro ? So maybe the side panels ARE magnetic?

Here you can see in the video clip where its Windy, those side flaps of the tent are folded into the bed.

Why do you say they stick to the side when the windy pic clearly shows them folded in due to the wind?

Well its super windy in that video. But they're either just weights, or a magnet strip.....

Stainless steel is NOT Magnetic.
Correction: austenitic stainless steel is not significantly magnetic, but martensitic stainless steel is magnetic. The cold-working of austenetic stainless steel can create magnetic properties as the metal becomes more martensitic in nature. We have clearly seen that the stainless steel panels on Cybertruck have been cold worked enough to create significant magnetism, perhaps even enough magnetism to hold a quality magnetic door magnet like those used by realtors and other small businesses.

I wish people did not think "stainless steel" was a single material. This is why it's wrong to pretend the metal used on the Cybertruck is the same as the metal a refrigerator is made of. They may both be generally called "stainless steel" but they have completely different properties, including strength, hardness, corrosion resistance and magnetism.

The Cybertruck is the first production vehicle to ever be made from a special alloy custom designed for the use in vehicular bodies. Let that sink in!
