I was surprised at how low this closed at… not sure if the no resale clause has people scared or if the resale market for these is already softening.. makes me nervous on how much of a bath I am could potentially take on this truck.. but it’s that way with all Tesla’s I suppose .

This auction ended today (3/22/24) with a final bid of $158,000 but it doesn't state if this was "sold" as the bid may be below the reserve.

There's another one from Elk Grove in Car Guru for $159,000.

They must be ignorant of math.

If they pay Tesla settlement for $50,000, they'll be out of pocket already and then there's the agent/dealer commissions, taxes, etc.

The order agreement does not say 50k. it says 50k, or all of the money received for the truck. whichever is greater. Doesn't even say profit.
