It's not that really, super nice guy here, it's just the constant stating of feelings as facts and inflammatory false posts sometimes require attention.
Their garage seems pretty common. And the thread is filled with solutions to his problem. And they even respond positively to the suggestions.

It seems a perfect search result for someone who has trouble fitting something in their garage.

The op has a garage with a riser in it (wheel stop). A riser may be common (I'll take your word for it) but it's not part of the usable garage space for vehicles. The standard measurements are for usable floor space by vehicles. Therefor, if an area is not usable by a vehicle then that area is not part of the measurement.

That's the honest way to do it.

How often do building sellers choose the scrupulously honest version to describe properties?

20'x20', the wheel stop is 24" (EDIT: its 36") from the wall, and with the front wheel so close to the front of the bumper it stops me short. I think the garage door is maybe 3-4" inches inside the threshold.

Backing in might help, but then it would cause me issues with charging and getting in/out of the driver side.

I will report back if I find a solution.
If the other side of the wall is your kitchen, I'd make the kitchen 12" smaller. ?

I am not sure what industry standards are but my garage was listed as 20x20. Maybe I was swindled? I just measured and its only 20' deep if you measure from the outside of the garage door all the way to the wall. A car can use the space past the wheel stop/riser if they can over hang it. The CT does not have a lot of overhang past the front wheels. My F150 fit because the front axel is set a few inches further back in comparison.

For this reason I encourage all people expecting a CT soon to measure their garage and plan accordingly.

If I needed to, and if feasible (provided it doesn't compromise the structural integrity of the roof), I would remove the plaster, cut out studs to the required height, support with a cross-beam, box it all out neatly, and install a false cabinet on the other side to cover any resulting hole.

I did a similar thing to seamlessly fit my kitchen fridge many years ago.

So not everyone panics :), I consider my garage "standard" and I have at least 3 feet left with my Ram truck which means almost 4 feet left with the Cybertruck.

For those that are reading this and have "standard garage", you should be ok with the Cybertruck being 223.7 inches, or 18' 7 3/4 inches. My Ram 1500 with a 5-foot 7-inch bed and a crew cab is 232.9 inches long as a comparison or over 9 inches longer than the Cybertruck.

Saying that the truck doesn't fit in a "standard garage" is like saying a king sized bed doesn't fit in a "standard bedroom". There may be a minimum dimension requirement to call it a 2 car garage, but that doesn't make it a "standard". My attached garage is 25 ft deep, and when I built my detached I made it 32 deep x 40 wide.

"I really wish I didn't have so much garage space." Said nobody. Ever.

Make CT parking Priority #1 and put that thing on the other side! Tie a tennis ball to the ceiling with a string and you're good to go!!!

Be sure to check your measurements. Yes I could squeeze it in, but the way my garage it setup there is a wheel stop about 2 (EDIT: 3) feet away from the wall that I would need to climb up. It would be so close that going in front or behind the truck would not be an option. Basically it would be Gandalf and it shall not let anyone pass.
