found this babey out in bakersfield a while ago. looking at it now I could imagine it as a tiny cybercar (its built on a honda crx)

Someone modified their car to be more aerodynamic. I remember a website and forum that I came across more than a decade ago that dealt with modifications like this for hypermiling. It was ecomodder.com and it's still around. I remember reading about people using foam, cardboard, and tape to modify their cars to have a teardrop shape and cover their rear wheel wells to make the car more aerodynamic.
