I have 16000 miles on truck. I've been on a dozen 600 mile trips. Seems my range is decreasing each trip. Went from close to 250 to now lucky to get 200 miles out of 318. Yesterday I took a 600 miler. Attached is a review by Teslafi. As you can see my efficency has dropped to 70s. At this rate it won't last 5 years. Yesterday took over a hour from each charge. And yes I know the drills. My S has 225k miles.

Efficency doesn't really say anything about your battery -- it's how much energy you used per mile as compared to the "rated" 391Wh/mi (or thereabouts).
Are you going places without chargers? I usually run at as close to the bottom of the pack as comfortable, arriving to SCs with 8-12%, and aiming to depart to the next SC with maybe 30-50% SoC, 6-15 minutes spent charging.

Will be neat to see some stats in a couple years. I have 14,612 miles on an AWD unit. We have a 1,800 trip coming up in April. Will try to remember to post some stats.
