Where are the aftermarket bumpers?

The build count is north of 50k now and that really is not much. What would the take rate be for owners? 15-20% at best so its very niche right now and expensive. Millions of F-150 trucks so economy of scale. A quality bumper for a standard truck barley breaks 1k. CT bumper 2.5-3k. I'll wait...

MAYBE 0.5-1% want an offroad bumper, so demand is very low for Cybertruck.

Ours will be priced $2500 as you noted, but it's 1/4" aluminum so lighter than the steel bumpers, and will be shipping end of th month.

F150 offroad bumpers as cheap as $600, and as expensive as $3500, just depends on where you want it made and quality you need.

Hopefully we have enough CT customers who find value in our designs and like a Made in the USA option.

We have sliders in stock, underbody armor kit is getting finished now, control arms in stock.

Front bumper is similar in shape to stock, with narrower sides to work with 37's. As you noted, It has an optional hitch mount for the winch so winch can be used in the front or rear. The rear Bumper has a swing away tray to hold the winch when not in use, or leave it in your garage when no wheeling...

I have had 2 other CT owners report exactly this problem (offline) with the alluminum rear cover and hitting water too fast, accidentally or on purpose, after this recenty rainy season. Just a functional upgrade opportunity for awesome products for you and the CYBERTRUCKco team!

And TBF I hadn't had a chance to go wheeling with a group and make sure it was going to be worth the components until 2 weekends ago. Never go do stupid things by yourself!
