Sentry mode alert and unable to watch from a distance away

Hello, I parked my truck and about 1 hr later I received a sentry mode alert. I tried to watch the video but the app kept saying unable to connect. I was about 1/4 mile away from the car and I had wifi

I’ve had this happen where it can alert me but takes up to 10 minutes to be able to watch the video sometimes.

Yeah, you’re kind of better off just viewing live cameras and if anyone’s messing with it, you can flash lights, honk the horn, yell at them over the loud speaker, etc.

The video sentry saved is for later, but in all honesty, it’s usually admirers checking it out.

I couldn’t view live cameras, that’s the problem

Truck parked where it doesn’t have a good cellular signal. If It’s a tourist spot, likely the towers overloaded.
