Anyone else having issues with Tesstudio ambient light sunshade?

Ordered mine June 23 received it July 16.

I have mine and quality control missed some key things.

1. Side brackets are too long. I have to squeeze the frame in between them and it's causing the slides to bind and squeal.

2. The wiring harness caused an audio fault to constantly be displayed on screen.

3. The hands free calling is intermittent now.

4. The voice commands dont work on the truck i.e. turning on dome lights, navigation etc.
The voice commands work if you can remember the weirdly worded commands for the sunshade "Hi Amy"

Absolutely right. Between my experience with this sunshade and the fiasco of my bull bar I'm not doing anything else to my truck. It's not remotely worth the headache.

I had an issue with Hannsan digital camera where support sent me instructions in videos. Did not want to refund my money so I did a chargback with my bank and got my money back. I learned my lesson but my buddy didnt. The digital rearview cam screwed hu his GPS and cost him 3k to fix.
