Is there a write up somewhere explaining how to remove the screen? Sounds awful but it's probably just two t20 screws. Either way, I'd love a little more detail.
I don’t think there is any screen being removed . The two magbaks just run behind his underscreen tray clip and then dive back towards the plastic side rails of the tray.
Am I understanding that correctly?

Question about routing. The panel at the front of the center console (directly covering this triangle) where do the cables enter into it? At the bottom by the tray? Is it able to be clipped shut with cables in there? Does it need a hole?
No hole is needed. You just run the cable under the edge of the center trim on the floor back to the console and then it runs under the front panel of the center console at the corner, where the front panel, the side panel and the center trim piece meet at the floor. The cable does not interfere with reattaching the front panel to the console.

I did have to remove the screen so i could run the cables behind the console then under the side rail. Im pretty sure I Put the usb cables through the two screw holes that hold the screen in place back when i had my swivel mount, as for just stock screen i notched two small holes that would fit the cable, ill remove my under screen tray and get a pic for yall when im off work

heres a video of the screen removal just ignore the installation of the swivel mount. What im pretty sure i did was put 2 small notches on that black piece he shows at the 3:00 minute mark and ran the cables through there, you could just do one notch and get away with it but i wanted it more even looking and i was using a swivel mount at one pint. From there i dropped the cables through the hole where the screen goes and pulled them out at the bottom and then popped one of the tray sides up and put it down beneath it.

Thanks. That is exactly what I needed to see. It looks straight forward enough, with the exception of the removal of the screen plug, which will take some finesse and patients. I will give it a try tonight. I should have the 90 degree connector by then so that will complete this project.

Those orange wires feed the AC outlet in the console. If you pull the front panel off you will see the orange wires and you can find it from there. Yes, it's that little triangle. It comes out just below the AC outlet.

Attached are a couple pictures from the inside of the console. I can't take anymore from the outside because it's back together, but you won't have any trouble finding it now that you know what to look for.

Is the plug still useable with the wire going out right next to it?

Yes. You can move the wire around quite a bit. That is pretty soft rubber it is going through and that is just where it ended up. Once I get the 90 degree adapter later today, I will try to clean it up a bit in there and will likely move the wire closer to the right side of the outlet so it is out of the way in case I need to use it.

Rather than passing the cord next to the outlet, why not drill a small hole on one side of the hole? Pop a rubber grommet on the hole to protect the wire. Seems like it would be much cleaner, have more space for the wires to pass through(and perhaps not just one or two wires), and would make the outlet more easy to use.
If you have 2 Magbaks, and a starlink, and a kiddie cam(thinking of you Ace), and perhaps on or two other possible dash electric items, having a nice open space to pass 3 or 4 cords through would be handy.
