Oh…we have our ways. The one thing nobody will let you do in an icu bed is NOT take a shit for multiple days.
There are so many gross formulas like “milk and molasses enemas” and so forth and everyone has the “magic” recipe they give.
Perhaps we should just have an order that says “advance as tolerated to grilled stuffed burritos and Doritos loco tacos with Mountain Dew Baja Blast PRN.”
