Wiper selection feature I just figured out

I’ve never seen anything about this anywhere so I figured I would post about it. If you hit the windshield wiper button, then use the left scroll wheel you can go through the different selection options.

I know that you can just tap the button and kind of go up and down, but it makes it a lot easier to turn your wipers off or switched to auto if you just hit the wiper button once and then scroll to whatever option you want. It’s the little things.

I find the automatic wiper pretty useless . It wipes at the wrong speed and sometimes with very little rain . Blade always squeaks . I only use manual now . Never had this problem with my other cars . Anyone else have a solution for this ?

My feeling is the dry wipes of the wiper blade are to clear the glass for the windshield camera.

There's been a few times I've used the the voice command "turn the wipers off" to avoid getting another dry wipe by clicking and scrolling to get to 'off'. I keep meaning to go over the voice commands to see what else I could use.

I like the simplicity of the button/scroll feature. It feels better than the crazy wiper stick control on regular cars... which feels a bit like a Bop It. Especially if the car is new to you.
